We have extended the flexibility in our change policy for all tickets purchased until November 30, 2020 on all our routes.


If your trip ends before December 1, 2020:

• You can change 01 time the date of your ticket for a flight with a later date than your original flight, without paying the charge for the change or fare difference, as long as there is availability, except Between December 2020 and February 2021, between March 28, 2021, to April 3, 2021 (Easter) or flights after June 2021, where only pay the fare difference , taxes or boarding fees if it exists. (Not valid for partial payments)

• If you want to forward your flight, you will only pay the fare difference, taxes or boarding fees if they apply.

• If additionally you want to change the destination you will only pay the fare difference, taxes or boarding fees if they apply.

• If you are not clear on the date to change your ticket, you can request a refund through a Gift Card for the same value of your purchase, to fly until December 31th of 2021 or choose some of our alternatives available our service channels.

• Any request for flight changes or Gift Card must be made with at least 72 hours before the departure time of the original flight.
