IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We inform that as of Friday, April 24, 2020, and temporarily, we will not make changes of any kind for flights from, to, and within the Argentine Republic in any of our service channels for modifications whose new flight is before 31 of August. Changes will only be made when the new flight date is from September 1. The above is due to compliance with the Resolution of the National Civil Aviation Administrator (ANAC) of the Argentine Republic.


Information about the conditions of change of your ticket

If your flight was canceled or rescheduled *:

  • You will be able to make 01 date change without paying the change charge or the rate difference until December 31, 2021, as long as there is availability for national and international flights.
  • If you are not sure about the date to change your ticket, you can request a refund through a Gift Card for the same value of your purchase and fly until June 30, 2021, or you can choose some of our alternatives available on our channels of attention.

If your flight has not been modified, canceled or rescheduled:

  • Valid for tickets purchased between July 28 and until August 31, 2020, for national and international flights.
  • You can change the date of your ticket 01 time for a flight with a date later than your original flight, without paying the change fee or fare difference to fly until December 31, 2021, as long as there is availability. In case you want to change your reservation and bring forward the date for flights from January 1, 2022, you must pay the difference in rates if applicable.
  • If you want to change the destination, you can also do it without paying the change fee, only paying the rate difference and or fees and taxes, if applicable.
  • You can always request a return through a JetSMART Gift Card for the same value of your purchase that can be used to fly until June 30, 2021.
  • Any change of date, destination, or refund request must be made up to 72 hours before the departure of your original flight.

ABOUT THE CLOSURE OF BORDERS:

  • The Chilean government decided to close its borders to non-resident foreigners from March 18, 2020 until August 31, 2020 (this measure could be extended).
  • The Argentine government decided to close the domestic operation between March 20 at midnight and September 1, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.
  • The Peruvian government decided to close its borders between March 16 at 11:59 p.m. and July 31, 2020 inclusive.
  • The Colombian government decided to close its borders from March 17 and until September 1, 2020.
