CHANGES

At JeSMART All fares allow for changes in date, flight, route and name, subject to payment of a fee and/or applicable fare difference.

Can I make changes to my flight?

Yes. In JetSMART all tickets are entitled to exchange. You can change the flight, date, destination, and name up to one hour before the flight.

For changes of date, flight, or route, an additional charge must be paid plus the fare difference, if any.

For name changes in the ticket, an additional charge must be paid per section and per person. Once the trip has started, no name changes can be made to the passage of any of the sections contained in the itinerary.

Remember that when you travel you must ensure that you comply with all the requirements requested by the authorities, both for entering and leaving the country.

How does the Change and Refund Policy?

For date, flight or route changes, a charge per passenger per leg plus the difference in fare, if applicable, must be paid.

For ticket name changes, a charge per passenger per leg must be paid. Once the trip has begun, the name on the ticket may not be changed for any of the legs contained in the itinerary.

All changes are per passenger and per leg and can be made up to one hour before the flight departure time through the Contact Center. Changes at the airport will not be allowed and no post-flight changes will be allowed.

If the change is for a service of lesser value, the difference may be used to pay the charge or additional optional services.

All optional services are maintained for the new flight. If an optional cannot be confirmed, it may be changed for the most similar optional. If there is a balance due to differences in the value of optional services, or in case of not being able to confirm it in any category, this balance may be used as credit for the change of ticket charge, without exceeding the value of the charge.
