IN CHILE

If your flights are domestic and you have a connection in SANTIAGO:

•  You will have to disembark and go directly to the boarding gate that you will see indicated on the airport screens. You have to stay in the same domestic terminal or T1.
• If you have checked baggage, you can pick it up directly at the final destination.
  
  Important: It is not required to make migration, change terminals, or go through the JetSMART counter.

IN PERU

IN ARGENTINA

If your flights are domestic and you have a connection in BUENOS AIRES:

• After disembarking, you must go directly to the boarding gate, which you will see indicated on the airport screens.
• If you have checked baggage, you can pick it up directly at the final destination

Important: It is not required to make migration, change terminal, or go through the JetSMART counter.

IN CHILE

If you are traveling from a domestic flight and you have a stopover in SANTIAGO to a foreign country:

• When you get off the plane you will have to go through the immigration process.
• You will have to change from the domestic terminal T1 and go to the international terminal or also called T2.
• Then you will have to look for your boarding gate. You will find them on the airport screens.

Important: You can pick up your luggage directly at the final destination.

EN PERÚ

Si viajas desde un vuelo nacional y tienes una escala en LIMA hacia el extranjero:

• Tendrás que realizar el proceso de migraciones
• Luego debes dirigirte a la puerta de embarque. 

Importante: Tu equipaje lo podrás retirar directamente en el destino final.

EN ARGENTINA

Si viajas desde un vuelo nacional y tienes una escala en  BUENOS AIRES hacia el extranjero:

• Tendrás que realizar el proceso de migraciones.
• Luego debes dirigirte a la puerta de embarque. 

Importante: Tu equipaje lo podrás retirar directamente en el destino final.

• Check your luggage.
• Complete the customs process, go to the boarding gate and go through the JetSMART counter only if you are traveling with checked and/or carry-on baggage.

IN ARGENTINA

If you are traveling from abroad and have a stopover in BUENOS AIRES:

• You will have to go through immigration.
• Remove your luggage.
• Complete the customs process and proceed to the boarding gate.

Important: You are NOT required to go through the JetSMART counter.
